Supreme Court rules: Warrant needed for GPS tracking

Well, first I want to say it’s about damn time!!! The highest court in the US, the Supreme Court, has ruled that police need to have a warrant if they want to use GPS to track you.

Now, despite this, I think we all know that the Patriot Act still gives the authorities to get their “secret” warrants” and still allows police to do what they want, when they want. It’s nice to see that the Supreme Court still wants to defend SOME of our rights…..
